Mr. Vijaykumar B. Lodha

Managing Director

Mr. Vijaykumar is an enthusiastic businessman with a visionary approach and leadership qualities. With his extensive experience and significant quality of leadership and team building he has driven business growth successfully.

He hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is a great believer in innovation. His vision, commitment and dynamic leadership have provided a new dimension for the Group.

With the ability of timely decision making and by providing innovative turn-key solutions resulting in significant growth has entitled him as “MB Power”. He is a crucial decision maker in the financial matters of the Company and has ability to manage unstructured situation with commercial and financial acumen.

He is also Chairman of Jain International Trade Organisation, Malegaon Chapter and a Member of All India Jain Conference.

He is also the founding member of All India Sugar Trade Association (AISTA).

Mr. Dineshkumar B. Lodha

Director - Technical

Mr. Dineshkumar B. Lodha, Director Technical, has as wide-ranging experience on technical ground and has served MB Group for over __ decades. He is a personality with skills to diagnose problems and customize solution. He has contributed towards driving growth, business sustainability and operational efficiency which has maximize profit and productivity to support the business process strategy.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical) from ICT (Formerly known as UDCT College), Mumbai. In Addition to his career in MB group, Mr. Dineshkumar is associated as Chairman, ITI Malegaon. He is also designated as Vice Chairman on the Board of Shri Neminath Jain Brahmacharyashram (SNJB), Chandwad Dist. Nashik.

Mr. Anilkumar B. Lodha

Director - Marketing

Mr. Anilkumar B. Lodha, Director - Marketing holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. and has vast experience in monitoring operations, business performance and marketing.

He has strong communication and excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills which has helped the group to meet goals and objectives. Being a visionary marketer he has created strategic growth.

During his career that spans over 3 decades, Anilkumar has established his reputation for building relationship with Customer, resellers and notable brands for pharma division.

In addition, Mr. Anilkumar is a Vice President (North Region) of Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (MACCIA) and a Member of IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Patron Member for Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO). He is also entitled “Sanghpati” at Shree Vardhaman Stanakwasi Jain Shrawak Sangh Malegaon.

Mr. Samyak Lodha

Director - Marketing

Samyak joined the management team in the year 2000 and since then handles division for marketing of Consumer based products and export for pharmaceutical products.

He has gained enormous experience in Strategic Planning, Export Marketing, and International Business Relations. With his skills of Goal-setting, strategic planning & direction for the Group and nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution he has facilitated in achieving many milestones for MB.

Samyak has promoted Consumer based product in Pan India and also provide due publicity and brand building by reaching out to the Hospitality, Food and bakery industries. He has played a key role spearheading MB’s ambitious foray for exporting pharmaceutical products.

Samyak has done his schooling from Sanjeewan Vidyalay, Panchgani (Maharashtra) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from City College, Malegaon (Maharashtra). He is also certified in Global Family Managed Business Programme from SP Jain Institute of Management Mumbai, India. He is a member of BNI Gold Chapter.

Mr. Rushabh Lodha

Director

Rushabh has been leading MB Sugar's effort on Mannitol Segment. Having begun his career as Process Engineer at Renmatix, he shifted his focus to the family business, with a vision to build the pharmaceutical excipient business

Rushabh founded the Mannitab division in 2016-17. He has started India's first facility to manufacture Spray Dried Mannitol and created a first of its kind GMP facility, becoming an import substitute for the pharma Industry. He also led the set-up of several excipient manufacturing such as MCC pellets, Mannitol pellets, Tartaric Acid pellets, MCC- Lactose pellets

Rushabh has experience of over 10 years in the pharma excipient Industry. He has built new and managed existing relationships with pharma companies to expand the product portfolio. He is successfully executing roadmap to maintain momentum in domestic as well as international markets strengthening MB presence.

Current responsibilities include managing business expansion strategies, overseeing the manufacturing units, and leading the marketing efforts.

Rushabh hold Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Southern California and Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University.

Mr. SAURABH LODHA

Director

Saurabh earned his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engg from Mumbai University. After gaining his Master’s degree in Bioprocess Technology from ICT (formerly known as UDCT), He worked on a collaboration project on Biofuels and Alternatives (Research Associate)at European Bioenergy Research Institute (EBRI) Aston University, Birmingham.

Saurabh’s strategic vision for family business helped Setup Sugar Sphere Project and its Expansion. As a Director in MB he oversees new products developments and Projects. He plays a significant role in organisation’s growth as research and development, Data Analysis and performance trends, been the key driver of the company’s expanding manufacturing operations. In addition he handles department for Legal, Human Resource and IT.

He has made MB groups first business plan 2019 and overlooked achieving of targets. He has been instrumental in driving the Company’s current transformation agenda and successfully incubating and shaping journey of the organisation with his Out of the box thinking.

Mrs. Neha Lodha (CA)

Accounts Head

Mrs. Neha Lodha is wife of Samyak Lodha Director M B Sugars & Pharmaceutical Ltd. Neha handles Account Department and also consults managements on financial perspectives and decision making.

She joint MB group in 2011 and worked in marketing departments for product development and compliance related work. Later in year 2014 she moved in accounts. Neha has overseen and streamline Billing/Accounting modules and ERP Software development backend support. She reports to the Managing Director.

Neha holds a Chartered Accountant degree. Besides, she is certified under Women Management Programme (WMP) from S. P. Jain Institute of Management. She is on Director’s Board of Women’s Wing of Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO).

Parasmal R Khivasara

General Manager

Mr. Parasmal Khivasara is with the group since inception and has contributed over 40 years towards the development and upbringing of MB.

He handles office administration and operates from Vashi Office. He has built strong customer relationship over the years.
